Hello everyone
Just to let you know orders are heading out. USA and Rest of World orders started earlier this week. UK and EU orders are starting now. They should all be out by early next week.
Delivery times for USA and Worldwide are 5-7 working days and UK and EU are 3-5 working days.
You should be receiving a confirmation email from GamesQuest shortly if you haven't already.
It really is amazing we have orders going across the world and it is all done to you, everyone on Kickstarter who spread the word about our calendars. We are actually shocked the stock we arranged for this year is almost gone already. We are thrilled at how far we have come in three years.
We will keep making more calendars next year if you keep buying them, we hope you enjoy your rewards.
Clues for our chocolate calendars are on our website. Hints for our new theme, 'Puzzling round the Christmas Tree' will be up near the end of November.
We will be in touch near 1st December.

Just to let you know we have collected up the calendars. They are on their way to GamesQuest and getting prepped into their boxes for delivery. You will be receiving an email in the next few weeks from GamesQuest with tracking information.

October Update

Hello Everyone
Just a quick update, we have just got off the phone with our distributor, GameQuest for the pick up of the finished calendars. They are collecting them next Tuesday (18th October). Usually, at this time of year we would be starting deliveries, those 2 weeks of heat wave back in August has pushed us back a bit. ( The chocolates would have melted if they were packed in that heat.)
We are not worried though for as soon as the calendars arrive in the warehouse by the end of Tuesday, GameQuest will start getting your rewards out to you.
We will try and take a pic or two for next Tuesday and update again soon.

September Update - confirming orders

Hello everyone.
Just to let everyone know we are still on track for manufacturing so we will now be locking in addresses and charging cards for add-ons and pre-orders.
There are still about 30 surveys that haven't been answered yet, please check your email/junk folders or you may get a delay on your order getting to you.
We will confirm orders and then send this to ShipQuest ( GameQuest) to arrange your delivery. Manufacturing should be finishing by the end of September and then will start packing your rewards.

August Update

Hello Everyone
Just a quick update regarding your calendars. The cardboard is all printed with from the manufacturer and is waiting to be assembled.
To be honest, we are a tiny bit behind on the assembly, this has been due to the extreme heat wave lately and our chocolate manufacturer suggested waiting a little till the temperature has cooled. The inserts will be delivered in the first week of September and will start filling then. This is still well within our time frame window and will not delay your orders for November. We will let you know if we expect a delay.
Surveys
We have 40 surveys that have not been completed, BacketKit has sent out reminders, so if you have not received it please check your junk mail or contact us so we can resend it for you. We are locking addresses for this now so that we can send them to GamesQuest (Shipquest) for their shipping requirements.
